I publish this blog in English (I apologize for my approximate English) since I hold useful for the emergent nations, to have a panning of the social motions and the cultural and managerial choices that have transformed a nation appreciated for an extraordinary historical run, of unique geographical semblances, of a deeply creative and supple population, in the more meaningful social failure of our time, since produced in the "private garden" of Catholic Church where, to light of reason, would have had to be some ethical conditions for other result.

In Italy, present time, as an universal laboratory, all the typologies of the social and ideological evil that torment the humanity are tracked down. The ethical reaction emerged dominant, has been to make it to happen everything, as work of a human stereotyped as not redeemable in this life and to forgive previously. Perhaps for the first time in a circle of the Christian culture, the individuals perceive him self really alone. They look for shelter in the cynic discouragement, disdaining the absolute ethic.

The community cannot confide in enough reliable people anymore, to manage her self to a dignified functional quality.-By reading here the “new people” coming to the footlights of the history, will have more clear what they must not do, for conquering a dignified future.

As we know the resources divide in three basal typologies.Those first we enjoy in common with our more remote ancestors: the natural resources! The mineral ones, the vegetables, the animals. In the following evolution, the increasing aesthetical sensibility and ludic it sharpens the necessities and the ability to turn the elementary substances into utensils and sophisticated comfort type, gets a vigorous stimulus. It adds the increasing need of management through a functional mediation: the professional service. Therefore, the fundamental resources are the natural ones, the trasformatives, the services. It appears obvious that the natural resources are of primary importance. Who abounds, can also doze of it. Who doesn't have, can turn the elementary materials into sophisticated stuffs as the automobiles, the underpants, the shoes and doing for others too, that prefer to be busy in other matters. Who doesn't have none of the two, could replace with the services but… subsists the need of these only if are there the others two or at least one of these, since the service work to rationalize the wealths produced by the first two, holding for itself a part of it. The factor that allows then to the whole to work to best, in the way that the available middly resources for every individual, besides guaranteeing the satisfaction of the primary demands, a dignified quantities of it remain for the convivial and introspective creativeness, it is the resistance of the river bed group/economy to the emigration of the created resources, without a return in suitable goods and services.

Let's consider this preamble to acquire the correct awareness in what deadly run the Italian nation (and catholic culture…) is advancing! I will adopt the acronym P.S. to define the percentage of useless or carrying out places of employment as social help in dissimulated way (or defrauds to the public)! It is for place salary! We will examine 10 strategic matters:

Consequences: guaranteed forgiveness promotes a negligent social nature toward the hupholding responsibility, because every error or infamy perpetrated will be blamed to the society, ready to recognize her self in ethical complicity on each happened crime.

The population languishes in the slush of the international contempt, while they are indulging in their arrogance.
Here i find suitable to show some symbolic examples of the way to operate in Germany and in Italy . The extraction of a tooth near the teutonis need of an appointment, usually after two or three days, and of the two hours when goes. In case of complication there can be two forenoons of a couple of hours inclusive in the week. The same for the general medicine because every physician manages a clinic where he does almost all except the hospitalization or particular things as the magnetic resonance. At the end of the performance, the physician takes the number of the patient insurance, private or social. The patient will sign the received cares attesting sheet and it ends. He is obviously free to choose the best physician and there is not the generic one that makes only the recipes. There is a home service for the emergencies, that come in the twenty minutes.

In Italy all know the unbelievable time to wait, but are the bureaucratic passages to reach the care that smell of taking for wipes away her… To extract me a tooth, i have to get the recipe from the generic physician, go to the clinic to have the appointment to the first visit. Sort this i will have from the dentist the application for a specific recipe to get again from the generic physician, after i will be back to him to have the appointment for the intervention. In everything there are ten days average of technical times to reach the appointment of the extraction. There is five half days for the sanitary "bureaucratic work” and still the intervention have to come. If the tooth aches, is recommended not to remain without antibiotic! (Two or three months with antibiotic?!!) In conclusion, the simple extraction of a tooth in Germany needs of a forenoon, while in Italy some waiting months are needed and six busy forenoons. In Germany the appointment can be taken for telephone, while in Italy the dentist have to check that the recipe is written correct to grant him to have paid the honorarium from the national relief institute.
The Italian don't have difficulty to eat and to drink well and to have a good time. Could be the cultural differentiation to allow though earthy humors, but they doesn't live badly. The ideological comparison therefore, from the road has settled in the school cultural circle where an incapable, deceitful and filthy teaching staff plagiarizes the young people to become warriors searching an utopian and fratricidal social justice, emptying them of every ambition toward the social wells. The mistrust toward the adults and the ethical confusion about the good and the evil It makes the actual youthnes the more depressed and demotivated as usual. To the search of an impossible maturity, our young people will succeed only in socially reciting a valid role. They have had few and badly from parents, ethically gone out lazy and depressed from the times of the utopias orgies, but in their reaction it seems to be the wish to even ignore the matter to deserve the good they have had. In a historical moment where the intellectual discipline is dramatically precious.
The italian south, subject to a perennial migratory demobilization and export of financial capitals toward the north, where social conditions are fitter to the civil life, producing a ruinous shortage on the inside financing of the consumptions. Not only the money of doubts incomes emigrates but whoever has some fruits of honest job to invest, it chooses other sites. And this cannot be imputed to the single one, but to a corrupt politics that has born the social mystification to preserve her self. It achieves that hemorrhage of resources that from sixty years it holds the impoverished south and the nation in the group of the most desperate people of the history.
Too many passengers on a kept ship for too much time without maintenance!If a lot of individuals that can work especially in the basic services and however cannot produce what can increase fundamental wealth that should sustain them, enter in the community, the economy finds more condivisoris* of resources to be sustained and therefore, the general impoverishment is inevitable. Above all will impoverish the social base because "the rich ones", that act on the fundamental resources and on the strategic services, have an advantage of it because their job increases. (*an example: the grandfather with the conceited pension, can afford the minding russian, but can’t the community). Besides, the immigration increases a requirement of work force not correlated from the production increases of resources, because a lot of migrant are called to work in the institutions preceded to the assistance and on the privat service of the greatest part of their conterraneis, forced to wait in the hope to get places salary. The increasing dispatch of part of their earningses in the original countries, contributes to defraud the italian economy of the inside consumptions power. In short: the quantity of the resources doesn't change, while are increasing the condivisoris, speeding up to an abnormal growth of places salary. The altered rationalization consumptions/resources = quantity of population, inevitably goes in load to the public debt.
Let us compare again betwen German and Italian contest!

In Germany are not all well-off ones, but if it happens to remain "literally" without money, in cause of illnesses, contingencies, dismissals etc… it takes going to the local welfare, to accept the three hours of "third degree" and finally it goes out with a check that usually enough to the survival for two weeks. Subsequently he will be summoned for the necessary close examination on the situation of indigence and the social service will directly handle to pay the fixed expenses: rent, light, gas etc. The pauper will return home, will conduct a more spartanas existence, to children will purchase some least pretentious suits, some times must abdicate itself for his family, but will not be forced to look door to door someone that avoids to him and relatives the night in a station waiting room or worse. With the received money hi will get in all the basic services accessible to everybody and as is known, of a quality that in Italy is often to pay.

In Germany sleeps in the park or in a public dormitory, only who wants! In Italy who is usually leaving in rent will be evicted (or allowed to remain for a few years, against the private ownership), as the welfare doesn’t give money directly in the hands of the needy one, but it points out him the dormitory whether to spend the night, the cafeteria whether to eat free, whether to get the cares not borrowed, whether to have free the medicialis, the various associations where to find used suits and some penny for cigarettes and coffee, social assistants to distribute job "that there is not", the communities whether let keept the children etc.

There is clear intent to create and to maintain employment to the loss of the family integrity!In Italy the indigences are not taken care in a usefull way for the needy, but are financed a myriad of services, voluntary or less, employed to care. The cost of this "social compensation" is much bigger of the German model. Two adults in dormitory and two children in community cost three or four times a rent and a family benefit to the least existential dignity, and besides they produce the family breakup. It is clear that the Italian model obeys the wish to finance places of employment and not the social health that usually, have base on the quality association: the family!
Be undeniable that Italian ethnic promiscuity has produced a resentful social context, brakeself and culturally impermeable, in the immigratory zones. Also through the generations! The reasons are well known: a historical conflictual past and ever resolved, because of a so deep cultural difference, from which identity nobody wants to abdicate. This context purely promotes a social opportunist nature , self centered, disloyal and envy toward a non beloved neighbor, uprooted to the rules, civically scurvy and devoted to the curse-word in way deviated.
We are seen like a gone crazy people!

Beside the various bad figure incurs by our politics, let's put us in the cloths of a tourist "from the civil world" that it disembarks in Italy. The first thing that notices is the regulation of the road traffic, because much of its quality defines the intensity of the state of frighteness to adopt, to avoid to be invested or to muve in acceptable safety!

It will be a general non-observance of the road rules, an almost constant to lay a trap the pedestrians on the pedestrian strips and one or more officers talking to the cellular phone, converse between them or walk relaxedly as if they were absorbed in a "perfect world".

A people that doesn't succeed in resolving nothing of his troubles and pretends to resolve those some others, distributing suggestions and money that cannot afford to devolve. That assumes him self to moral superiority, as if all the progress of the other ones were merely gotten thanks to speculative natures and not to a probable good pleasure of God.
Any politics will succeed in taking care of the italian illness...

Italy miss the social necessary psychological tension to the change and I doubt that something happens thanks to the Italian...
